30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Mohamad Helmi Bin Abdul Halim, we stand behind the quality of our shirts and pants. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also have the original tags attached.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] to inform us of your intent to return.

  2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including any accessories, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.

  3. Provide Proof of Purchase: Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 60 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
